This is a tried and true toner and a holy grail drugstore toner in Japan. The ascorbic acid, or pure Vitamin C helps even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of unwanted freckles and hyperpigmentation. This toner is rich and more heavy than the light version, still containing the same antioxidants like grapefruit extract and conditioning ingredients like dipotassium glycyrrhizate.

HOW TO USE: Apply to a cleansed and dry face. Pour a nickel sized amount in your hand, rub hands together and press toner into the skin, patting gently to dry. Let this fully soak into your skin before applying your strengthening step.
