This is a tried and true toner and a holy grail drugstore toner in Japan. The ascorbic acid, or pure Vitamin C helps even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of unwanted freckles and hyperpigmentation. This toner is lightweight and moisturizing, with antioxidants like grapefruit extract and conditioning ingredients like dipotassium glycyrrhizate.

HOW TO USE: Apply to a cleansed and dry face. Pour a nickel sized amount in your hand and press into skin, patting gently to dry. Let this fully soak into your skin before applying your strengthening step.
