Another cult classic, this brightening toner uses the power of three to reduce dark spots and pigmentation (tranexamic acid), reduce UV damage and restore the skin (vitamin C), increasing firmness and finally, using hyaluronic acid to smooth, decrease wrinkles and trap moisture into the skin. 

HOW TO USE: Apply to a cleansed and dry face. Pour a nickel sized amount in the palm of your hand, rub hands together and press toner into the skin, patting gently to dry. Let this fully soak into your skin before applying a strengthening step.
